How booking with an agent works
Three simple steps. You stay in control of every decision and payment.
Share your plans
Call or request a callback with your dates, locations and number of travelers.
Compare real options
Your agent searches third-party suppliers and explains prices, rules and any service fee.
Approve & get confirmed
Only after you say yes is the booking made. Your confirmation arrives by email.
What our agents can help with
Live Agents handle the trips that are hard to sort out online.
City, airport & resort hotels
Options near your meeting, venue, cruise port or airport.
Group room blocks
Weddings, teams and events — multiple rooms on one booking.
Flight + hotel
Book your hotel on the same call as your flight or train.
Family & accessible rooms
Connecting rooms, extra beds and accessible room requests.
Extended stays
Weekly stays and suites with kitchens compared for you.
Clear cancellation terms
Refundable vs non-refundable rates explained before you pay.
An agent may find bundled, multi-stop or group options that online tools miss — and explains the rules before you pay. It is not always cheaper, and we will tell you if it isn’t.
Clear about who we are
We want you to know exactly what you are getting before you call.
Pricing & fees
- Your agent quotes the total price — supplier rate, taxes, supplier fees and any Travelofly service fee — before booking.
- A service fee may apply. The amount is disclosed on the call and shown on your confirmation.
- Prices change until ticketed / confirmed; we never guarantee the lowest price available elsewhere.
- Payment is only taken with your explicit authorization.
What we are not
- We are not a hotel or hotel chain and cannot access hotel loyalty accounts.
- Resort fees, parking and incidentals charged by the property may be payable at the hotel — we tell you what we know before booking.
- For reservations made directly with a hotel, please contact that hotel.
Who you are dealing with
