You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to make a booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of all traveler information you provide.
Travelofly acts solely as an independent travel agent arranging travel services supplied by third parties (airlines, rail operators, and hotels). Those suppliers are independent contractors and not our agents. Your booking is subject to each supplier’s own terms, fare rules, and conditions of carriage, which you agree to when you book.
Displayed prices are indicative, are based on recent searches, and are not guaranteed until ticketed or confirmed. Fares, taxes, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking. Any service fee charged by Travelofly is separate from the supplier’s charges and will be disclosed to you before you authorize payment.
A booking is confirmed only once payment is processed and you receive written confirmation. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount quoted. You are responsible for meeting all travel requirements, including valid identification, documentation, and any visa or health requirements.
Changes and cancellations are governed by the applicable supplier’s fare rules and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xfinity Professional LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or default of any third-party supplier, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your booking shall not exceed the amount of the service fee you paid to us for that booking.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xfinity Professional LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, unless the parties agree in writing to binding arbitration. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
