This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to bookings arranged by Xfinity Professional LLC (“Travelofly”). Because we act as an intermediary, cancellations, changes, and refunds are primarily governed by the fare rules and conditions of the airline, rail operator, or hotel that provides your travel service.
Many discounted and promotional fares are non-refundable or carry change or cancellation penalties set by the supplier. We will disclose the applicable fare rules to you before you complete a booking. By authorizing a booking, you accept those rules.

Where a booking is refundable under the supplier’s rules, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the supplier authorizes the refund. Supplier processing times vary and are outside our control. Any Travelofly service fee is separate, is disclosed at the time of booking, and is non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law.
For qualifying flights to, from, or within the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation rules generally permit cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least seven (7) days before departure. Ask our agent whether your specific fare qualifies.
If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your travel, your rights (including any refund or rebooking) are determined by that supplier’s policy and applicable law. We will assist you in exercising those rights.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at +1 (800) 679-6005 so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback for a validly rendered service may delay resolution.
